Bluh

I really should start updating this again.  I've written up a bunch of Charms, many still need stats (I tend to do name, text, and mechanics in paper and fill in cost/mins/type/keywords/duration/prereqs later) that I should throw here.  I could also use a couple more copy editors for both fluff and crunch clarification and development. Anyone with access to googledocs is welcome, but being someone I know on the exalted forums could add a little more weight to criticism right off the bat.
